Dr. Anne McNally

I began my journey at the University of McGill obtaining a bachelor in biology/animal behaviour with a minor in environmental studies. I pursued my passion of animals and adventure by travelling to England where I obtained my Bachelor of Veterinary Science at the University of Liverpool, land of the Beatles.

The UK became my home for over 20 years, where I worked in a mixed animal practice with an emphasis on companion animal medicine and where I met my husband.

After all those years abroad my home was calling, so I returned to Montreal obtaining a position as a night vet at the Centre Vétérinaire Laval an emergency, critical practice and referral practice. Eventually, I worked days and evenings at CVL pursuing a keen interest in emergency and critical care supported by an amazing and passionate team of specialists and generalists.

Although some of the most interesting years of my career, 5 years of crazy hours and scheduling took their toll; I was offered a new and challenging opportunity to become a hospital manager. So I took up the mantel of manager at the Hôpital Vétérinaire Blainville, soon adding responsibilities at the Hôpital Vétérinaire St-Eustache/Deux-Montagnes.
